As of April 7th, we are still OPEN to serve you, but with some temporary changes to our normal operations. All vehicles must be dropped off for their appointments using the white key-drop box beside our front door. Our waiting room area and office counter are closed to the public. We are not providing courtesy shuttle rides at this time.... Many contact-free payment options are available: Pay by Visa or MasterCard over the phone, email payment by Interac email money transfer, pay by tapping your debit or credit card at the door, pay by ApplePay tap at the front door. Make arrangements with us about how to return your vehicle's keys. (Call us at 519-421-2886, or leave written instructions in your vehicle.) Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling ill or unwell, have travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days, or have been in contact with someone who meets those conditions. Just a reminder that Hometown Automotive will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2020 for Family Day. We hope you all have a great day!

Just a friendly reminder to always free up your windshield wiper blades from the glass BEFORE turning the wipers on. Sticking wiper blades can damage your wiper motor and/or wiper linkage. Those can cost a lot of $$$$$ Also, remember to turn wipers OFF fully before turning your vehicle off, to ensure the wipers don’t try to go on immediately the next time you start your engine.
