The stats are in! Another record setting month for the #torontorealestate market Do you own a townhouse in the West end? With almost a 20% increase YOY and only a slight gap in numbers, right now would be the best time for you to upsize into that detached home you’ve been dreaming about - let’s chat! Breaking it down: Prices are up over 13% across the GTA and the volume of sales up almost 25% in comparison to last year. WHY? With interest rates at an all time low, more... and more buyers are entering the market but inventory remains low, allowing a sellers market where prices will continue to reflect the demand. Seeing this especially in the outskirts of the GTA, like Brampton and Durham region where the demand has almost doubled with number of sales soaring over 40% and prices up almost 20% in both communities! CRAZY! To put the inventory levels into perspective, condos in C01 (Downtown core) had 1,844 available listings and 340 sales in the month of Oct. That means buyers had over 5.42 months of inventory available to choose from...in one month.
