Tried my first Honest Elixir today and think I’m hooked! I tried the coconut creamer and it’s just delicious! It’s very creamy and I love that it’s not sweetened...will be buying again and sharing with my friends! Wonderful product, thank you!

I’ve been struggling with lunch and snacks lately. I’ve been busy and have been putting food prep and some other pretty simple self care habits on the back burner. Today I knew I needed to switch things up! While these balls are not a stand in for eating a proper meal, they are perfect for when you need a quick bite and fast energy/nourishment. Future hungry you will be so thankful to have these stashed away (I know I’m going to be)! They can also be a great healthy tr...eat to add to your holiday baking and store really well in the fridge or freezer. You can follow the recipe on our blog for Turmeric Spice Energy Balls but I made a few adjustments, based on what I had and what I was feeling: I swapped out the Turmeric Latte for half Salted Hot Chocolate and half White Chocolate Peppermint (you could totally do one or the other) and used a mix of sunflower seeds, hemp hearts, and oats instead of nuts. I also added some extra dates so they’re just a little bit sweeter than the original recipe. Customize to your liking!
