There is a saying about the 5 people you keep closest you become. [or something like that] I think in this more digital age it can also be noted that the people and accounts we follow, interact with and watch...well they can have a massive effect on our daily life and mental health..and who we can become I am much more picky about who I’m actively ‘watching’ in a day because whether their content lifts me up or not is something I need to be aware of to protect my well-being...
