Introducing the Chocolate Chip Cornflake Marshmallow cookie, an original at #milkbar. I’ve been practicing making this cookie for the last couple days and have been playing around with quantities, temperatures and time to get it just right. While it’s not yet perfect, it is delicious, and I figure some one out there might want a box of these practice cookies, right? **Updated: Gone!!** Does it look like the most appetizing thing in the world? No. If you know what these are, you know Oliebollen!! As part of our Dutch traditions, we grew up making and eating these every New Years. They’re a deep fried batter (we make them with apple) that we enjoy dipped in icing sugar! The brownie. It’s a classic, arguably plain, bar. Maybe there’s not much to it because it’s just chocolate on chocolate, but somehow (to me) on a dreary day when you feel like you need a hug, the brownie is the perfect fit. I know someone who loves to receive a pan of brownies and a hot cup of coffee on a particularly bad day.
