Magnets!! These have gotten a lot of love! They make a great gift for anyone! Young artists, home office, your favourite fridge. I’m finding it difficult to wrap my head around listing them online, because the round ones are almost all different! I may have to have an epic magnet photo shoot In the meantime, here they are, and I am happy to send pics and help you out a set together. Prices:... Flat magnetic shapes $6 (3 for $15) Small circles $3 (3 for $8) Large circles $7 (3 for $18) (Mix and match) The flat ones I have limited quantities of each. (Only one whale left and at least 2 each of the others at this moment). I also have 2 sizes of organza bags here and can create some gift sets of these and have them all ready for you. A little story, and a new offering. I recently mended a few legging knees for a customer. I enjoyed doing it, but was thinking about how I’m pulled in a lot of directions, and maybe I don’t have time to do this too, but something she said got me thinking. She said: ‘thank you for extending the longevity of the clothes’. And I was reminded that mending, and reusing is actually a huge part of the handmade movement. Of reducing waste. Of encouraging people to buy quality, local ...goods, knowing that they will LAST, and when they get a wee hole, or snag, they are WORTH repairing. Thank you for this reminder. So, that leads me to this: If you have some quality and/or handmade garments (mine or not) that need some minor repairs, I am happy to do that for you. I charge $5/patch. I’ll do my best to match colours, can’t always guarantee that. I’m not taking alterations, but small repairs to extend the life of the garments. The virtual market is happening now, with the website updated to feature all of this years vendors and links to their websites and social media.
