This is what I call "liquid gold" My homemade bone broth started with a local free range turkey, enough purified water to cover bones and a few tbsp of apple cider vinegar. I cook this on low for 24-48 hrs and add Himalayan salt and bay leaves. What is left, once strained is this nutrient dense broth Bone broth is a good source of calcium, potassium, magnesium, collagen, glutamine, vit A and really so much more. All this together is healing to the gut, immune boosting and o...verall the best multi vitamin you could take. I will be sipping on this as a meal replacement all week! My cold and flu season go to.

It is so important to remember to breathe, we do it so automatically that our breathe ends up shallow and really doesn't provide the health benefits it should. Deep belly breathing, meaning filling your lugs to the point that your tummy expands. That is a full breath! Breathe in through nose slowly, allow it to fill your lungs hold and slowly release breathe through mouth. This is very calming as well and has saved me a lot during anxiety/panic. This cold crisp air we been getting is perfect for this type of breathing!
