Yesterday, while I was making a sampler pack of cookies for an order, the smells mixed in the air and made me think I was sitting in a garden somewhere instead. The floral scents, the vanilla, the honey, the lemon and the mint. Yum!

This is my mint infused honey. Its mixed with dark chocolate flakes to flavor one of my cookies. Just look at that golden colour! The honey has this fresh minty aftertaste...
