Some people say that you shouldn't touch your antique furniture, and in some instances, that may be true...but a good cleaning with the right soap and re-coating in tradition finish (whatever was used in the first place) only adds to the beauty and longevity of the piece.

Just not right to throw away solid wood furniture for being a little wobbly on it's legs...
