Get yours at 2xsr.com Workout: Do 40 secs of each exercise with 15 seconds of rest in between for each circuit. Rest any where from 55 secs to 2m 05 secs between circuits. You can also repeat the circuits again at a 30 secs on, 10 secs off pace to burn out if you want to... challenge yourself. Here’s a great short, lower body builder workout that emphasises the quads. For an at-home version while the gyms are closed you could perform this as a 3 x circuit with a single weight like an extra large laundry detergent bottle, used like a kettlebell. It is like a finger pointing away to the moon...don’t concentrate on the finger or you’ll miss all the heavenly glory - Bruce Lee. My favourite interpretation of this quote is to not concentrate on one element of martial arts like a technique or a style (the finger), but to incorporate all elements of martial arts (the moon) , styles, competition, weapons, medicine, practice, cultural, meditation, and to live martial arts holistically and open-minded.
