She got her wings officially on October 26, 2020 (this would have been my parents' 73 wedding anniversary! She's Hootable #1016. Holy Smoke! France just flew out the door, eagerly, into the arms of Karen Dusome. The pronunciation of France's name (Frons) reminded Karen of a wonderful trip and now France is living with Karen and her husband in Barrie. Thanks, Karen. Your support means a lot.

Hi Folks! Well, two new Hootables have rolled off my knitting needles recently and here they are! Meet Geoff... beautiful, soft, and ready to cuddle. Geoff was born October 10, 2020 and is Hootable #1014. He's completely machine washable. And then there's France (pronounced Fronss) after my friend in Montreal. France got her wings on October 21, 2020. She's delightful, made of eyelash yarn, totally washable and cute as a button. She's Hootable #1015.... Both these cuddles are looking for their forever homes! $50 takes them home with you. Right now they're perched in my living room. Well, happiness is owls flying to new homes. Last week I posted pictures of Deanna and Oliver and they both were adopted into forever homes almost immediately. Deanna was purchased by Heather Walden of Coldwater but she's off to Santa Clarita in California to be with Jon & Deanna. And Oliver is perched on a sofa at Donna Greatrix home. She's decided to keep him for herself. And then Sharon Adams popped by to have a look at the huge parliament of owls I have at home and o...ff went Leslie, to sit in Sharon's living room. Leslie is thrilled because she's had her wings for almost 2 years and was just waiting for Sharon to select her. Remember, Hootables make a great gift and they give twice, since our current college student receives all the financial benefit for tuition. While we have been busy knitting, sales are not occurring as COVID keeps people inside. Please know I'll deliver anywhere in the Barrie area and will ship anywhere in the world. Then there are twins, Gillian (Sept 1 #1011) Della (Sept 8, 1012) Fourth owl is Oliver, born October 8 and #1013. All are available for purchase and $50 goes entirely towards the next semester for our current student.

Hello Hootables Friends. First, we have a new location selling these great gifts. Devin White and his More Than Just Baskets store at 48 Centennial in Orangeville, has a whole parliament of owls for your gift-buying pleasure. As well, two Barrie locations carry Hootables... Hollys Sweets and Around My Gluten Free Table.... Sadly, the Camphill Store in downtown Barrie closed earlier this year.
