THURSDAY APRIL 15TH. Isaiah 12:2 - "Behold God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; for Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation." If we put our complete trust in God, then we have nothing to fear. Many things feel out of control at times. Our routines may not run smoothly. We tend to feel more secure when our life is predictable. Let God lead us to the rock that is higher than us and our circumstances. Take refuge in the shelte...r of His wings, where we are absolutely secure. When we are shaken out of our comfortable routines, grip the hand of God and look for growth oppoerunities. Instead of bemoaning the loss of our comfort, accept the challenge of something new. God w ill lead us on from glory to glory making us fit for His kingdom. Say yes to the ways God works in our life. Trust God and don't be afraid. 2 Corinthians 3:18 - "But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord." Psalm 61:2 - "From the end of the earth I will cry to You, when my heart is overwhelmed, Lead me to the rock that is higher than I." God bless, Pastor Keith

WEDNESDAY APRIL 14TH. 1 Corinthians 15:22, 23 - "For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. But each one in his own order : Christ the firstfruits, afterwards those who re Christ's at His coming." Heaven is both present and future. As we walk along our life path holding His hand, we are already in touch with the sesence of heaven: nearness to God. We can also find many hints of heaven along our pathway because the earth is radiantly alive with His p...resence. Shiimmering sunshine awakens our heart, gently reminding us of His brilliant light. Birds and flowers, trees and skies evoke praises to His holy name. Let's keep our eyes and ears fully open as we journey with God. At the end of our life path is an entrance to heaven. Only God knows when we will reach that destination, but He is preparing us for it each step of the way. The absolute certainty of our heavenly home gives us peace and joy to help us along our journey. We know that we will reach our home in perfect timing - not one moment too soon or too late. Let the hope of heaven encourage us as we walk along the path of life with God. Hebrews 6:19 - "This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the presence behind the veil." It's the hope of heaven that keeps us joyful through our daily life. It's that hope that keeps us in the presence of our Almighty God. God bless, Pastor Keith

TUESDAY APRIL 13TH. Colossians 3:23 - "And whatever you do, do it heartily as to the Lord and not to men." When God gives us no special guidance, then stay where we are. Concentrate on doing our everyday tasks in awareness of His presence with us. The joy of God's presence will shone on us, as we do everything for Him. Thus we invite Him into every aspect of our life. Through collaborating with God in all things, we allow God to merge with our life. This is the secret o...f not only joyful living but of victorious living. God designed us to depend on Him moment by moment, recognizing that apart from God we can do nothing. Be thanful for quiet days when nothing special seems to be happening. Instead of being bored by the lack of action, use times of routine to seek the face of God. Although this is an invisible transaction, it speaks volumes in spiritual realms. Moreover, we are richly blessed when we walk trustingly with God through the routines of our day. John 15:5 - "I am the vine you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit, for without me you can do nothing." Psalm 105:4 - "Seek the Lord and His strength; seek His face evermore!" In our quite days, let us remember to enjoy the presence of God. It is in those times that He will speak peace and joy into our lives and we can truly hear His voice. God bless, Pastor Keith

MONDAY APRIL 12TH. Exodus 15:24, 25 - "And the people complained against Moses saying, "What shall we drink? So he cried out to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a tree. When he cast it into the waters, the waters were made sweet. There He made a statue and an ordinance for them, and there He tested them." Trusting in God is a moment by moment choice. God's people have not always understood the truth. After He performed miracles in the wilderness, God's chosen children t...rusted Him intensely - but only temporarily. Soon the grumbling began again, testing His patience to the utmost. Isn't it often the same way with us! We trust God when things go well, when we see Him working on ou behalf. This type of trust flows readily within us, requiring no exertion of our will. When things go wrong, our trust-flow slows down and solidifies. We are forced to choose between trusting God intentionally or rebelling, resenting His withs with us. This choice constitutes a fork in the road. Stay on the path of life with God, enjoying His presence. Choose to trust God in all of our circumstances. Psalm 31:14 - "But as for me, I trust in you, O Lord; I say You are my God." God bless and may you enjoy the presence of God in your life this coming week. Pastor Keith

TUESDAY JANUARY 19TH. Psalm 27 8 - "When You said, Seek My face, my heart said to you, "Your face Lord, I will seek." If we seek the face of God we will find more than we every dreamed possible. Let God displace worry at the center of our being. He is like a supernatural cloud, showering peace into the pool of our mind. His nature is to bless. Our nature is to receive with thanksgiving. This is a true fit, designed before the foundation of the world. Glorify God by rece...iving His blessings gratefully. God is the goal of all of our searching. When we seek Him, we find Him and are satisfied. When lesser goals capture our attention, God will fade into the background of our life. He is still there, watching, waiting but we function as if we were alone. Actually, His light shines on every situation we will ever face. Live radiantly by expanding our focus to include Him in all of our moments. Let nothing dampen our search for God. Jeremiah 29:13 - "And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart." When we seek God in all of our situations, He will definitely show Himself to us and walk us through our difficulties. Seek Him with all of our being and give Him thanks for what He has done and will do for us. God bless, Pastor Keith

MONDAY JANUARY 18TH. John 21:1 - This He spoke, signifying by what death he would glorify God. And when He had spoken this, He said to them, "Follow Me."... God is leading us along the high road, but there are descents as well as ascents. In the distance we see snow-covered peaks glistening in brilliant sunlight. Our longing to reach those peaks is good, but we must not take shortcuts. Our assignment is to follow God, allowing Him to direct our path. Let the heights beckon us onward, but stay close to God. Learn to trust in Him when things go "wrong:. Disruptions to our routine highlight our dependence on Him. Trusting acceptance of trials brings blessings that far outweigh them all. Walk hand in hand with God through each day. Trust does not falter when the path becomes rocky and steep. Breathe deep breaths of His presence and hold tight to the hand of God. Together we can make it! 2 Corinthians 4:17 - "Therefore if any anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation, old things have passed away, behold all things have become new." Habakkuk 3:19 - "The Lord God is my strength, He will make my feel like deer's feet, and He will make me walk on my high hills." We need to let God lead us along in all of our circumstances of life. When we do, we become one with Him. It's when things seem to be going wrong in our life that we need to put all of our trust in Him, as He will never lead us astray. God bless, Pastor Keith

SATURDAY JANUARY 2ND. Psalm 105:4 - "Seek the Lord and His strength, seek His face forevermore." As we begin a new year, let us relax in God's healing presence. As we spent time with Him, our thoughts tend to jump ahead to today's plans and problems. Bring our mind back to God for refreshment and renewal. Let the light of His presence soak into us as we focus our thoughts on Him. Thus God equips us to face whatever the day brings. This sacrifice of time pleases God and s...trengthens us. Do not skimp on our time together. Resist the clamor of tasks waiting to be done. We have chosen what is better and it will not be taken away from us. Luke 10:41, 42 - "And Jesus answered and said to her, Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. But one thing is needed, and Mary has chose that good part, which not be taken away from her." Let us start this new year by choosing to spend more time in the presence of God. Let us not "hurry" the time that we spend with Him. May God bless you, Pastor Keith

WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 23RD. Psalm 95:6, 7 - "O come let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. For He is our God, and we are the people of His pasture, and the sheep of His hand." He is the King of kings, and Lord of lords, dwelling in dazzlingly bright light. He is also our Shepherd, Companion and Friend - the One who never lets go of our hand. Worship Him in His holly majesty; come closer to Him and rest in His presence. We need Him both as God an...d as Man. Only His incarnation on that first long-ago Christmas could fulfill our neediness. Since He went to such extreme measures to save us from our sins, we can be assured that He will graciously give us all that we need. Nurture well our trust in Him as Savior, Lord and Friend. He has held back nothing in his provision for us. He has even designed to live within us! Rejoice in all that He has done for us, and His light will shine through us into the world. Romans 8:32 - "He who did not spare his own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?" God bless, Pastor Keith

SATURDAY JANUARY 16TH. Matthew 11:28-30 - "Come to Me all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light." God is telling us to come to Him and rest in His loving presence. We know that this day will bring difficulties and we are trying to think our way through these trials. As we anticipate what is ah...ead of us, we forget that "God is always with us." Rehearsing our troubles results in experiencing them many times, whereas we are meant to go through them only when they actually occur. We must not multiply our suffering in tis way! Instead, come to our Heavenly Father and relax in His peace. He will strengthen us and prepare us for the day, transforming our fear into confident trust. Joshua 1:9 - "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage, do not be afraid; nor be dismayed for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." We must remember not to anticipate our troubles or dwell on them before they happen. God has a plan for each of us and as we go through the circumstances of our lives, we need to call upon Him and that's when He will bring us peace and carry us through. A good verse to remember is Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." God bless, Pastor Keith

FRIDAY JANUARY 15TH. Philippians 4:7 - "and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." The face of God id shining upon us, beaming out peace that transcends understanding. We are surrounded by a sea of problems but we are face-to-face with God, and His peace. As long as we focus on Him, we are safe. If we gaze too long at the problems around us, we will sink under the weight of these burdens. When we start t...o sink, simply call out - Help me Jesus" and He will lift us up. The closer we live to God, the safer we are. Fix our eyes on Him, the One who never changes. Bu the time the waves of our problems reach us, they will have shrunk to proportions of God's design. He is always beside us, helping us face the waves of today. The future is a phantom, seeking to spook us. Let us laugh at the future and stay close to God. Hebrews 12:2 - "...looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." Matthew 14:30 - "But when he say that the wind was boisterous he was afraid and beginning to sink he cried out saying, "Lord save me." In any of our problems or circumstances, we just need to keep our eyes fixed upon Jesus, if we take our eyes off Him, then we will surely be swallowed up by the situation. When we call out to the Lord to help us in our daily life, He is always there, ready and willing to carry us through. May God bless you and enjoy His presence this weekend and always. Pastor Keith

MONDAY DECEMBER 21ST. Psalm 63:2 - "So I have looked for you in the sanctuary, to see Your power and Your glory." God's plan is unfolding before us. Sometimes the road we are travelling seems blocked, or it opens up so painfully slowly that we must hold ourselves back. Then, when time is right, the way before us suddenly clears - through no effort of our own. What we have longed for and worked for God presents to us freely as a pure gift. We feel awed by the ease with whi...ch God operates in the world, and we glimpse His power and His glory. Do not hear our weakness, for it is the stage on which His power and glory perform most brilliantly. As we persevere along the path God has prepared for us, depending on His strength to sustain us, expect to see miracles - and we will! Miracles are not always visible to the naked eye, but those who live by faith can see them clearly. Living by faith rather than sight enables us to see the glory of God. John 11:40 - "Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?" When we open ourselves up to God and listen to what He is saying to us, then we will see the power of God working in our lives - we will see miracles. God bless, Pastor Keith

TUESDAY JANUAY 12TH. Exodus 33:14 - "And He said, "My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest." God tells us to let Him prepare us for the day that stretches before us. He knows exactly that this day will contain, whereas we have only vague ideas about it. We would like to see a map, showing all the twists and turns of our journey. We'd feel more prepared if we could somehow visualize what is on the road ahead. However, there is a better way to be prepared for... whatever we will encounter today. Spend quality time with God. He will not show us what is on the road ahead, but He will thoroughly equip us for the journey. His living presence is our companion each step of the way. Stay in continual communication with Him, whispering His name whenever we need to redirect our thoughts. Thus, we can walk through this day with our focus on Him. His abiding presence is the best road map available. John 15:4 - "Abide in Me, and I in You. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself; unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. God will always prepare us for what lies ahead in our life. If we stay connected to the "vine" (God) then we will say in His presence. May you let God guide you this day and through your life. If we live by the guidance of God, then we will always find the "right" way. God bless, Pastor Keith

THURSDAY DECEMBER 17TH. 2 Corinthians 4:6 - 'For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ." God asks that we come to Him with our gaping emptiness, knowing that in Him we are complete. As we rest quietly in His presence, His light within us grows brighter and brighter. Facing the emptiness inside us is simply the prelude to being filled with His ...fullness. Therefore, rejoice on those days when we drag ourselves out of bed, feeling sluggish and inadequate. We need to tell ourselves that this is a perfect day to depend on God in childlike trust. If we persevere in this dependence as we go through the day, we will discover at bedtime that joy and peace have become our companions. We may not realize at this point that this joy and peace have joined us on our journey, but we w ill feel the beneficial effects of their presence. The perfect end to such a day is a doxology of gratitude. God is the One from whom all blessings flow! Psalm 150:6 - "Let everything that has breath praise the Lord....Praise the Lord! We sometimes have days when we don't feel like getting out of bed for one reason or another whether it be health reasons, or just the fact that there are circumstances in our day that we don't want to face. We must then remember that it is those days that we need to reach out to God and it is in those times that He will bring us the joy and peace that we need to get through these circumstances. This being the season of joy and peace, let us always remember that God is with us always and we just need to reach out to Him in our troubled times. God bless, Pastor Keith

THURSDAY NOVEMBER 26TH. Psalm 118:24 - "This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it." As we rejoice in this day of life, it will yield to us precious gifts. Walk with God along the high road of thanksgiving and we will find all the delights that He has made ready for us.... To protect our thankfulness, we must remember that we reside in a fallen world, where blessings and sorrows intermingle freely. A constant focus on adversity defeats many people, yes, even Christians. We talk through a day that is brimming with beauty and brightness, seeing only the grayness of our thoughts. Neglecting the practice of giving thanks has darkened our minds. How precious are God's children who remember to thank Him at all times. They can walk through the darker days with joy in their hearts because they know the light of His presence is still shining on them. We need to rejoice in this day that He has made for us for God is our steadfast companion. Psalm 116:17 - "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord." What a wonderful day we will have when we recognize what God has provided for us and be ever so thankful to Him. Even though we may go through dark days and dark times, when we know the joy of the Lord, we will walk upright and with peace. May God bless you this beautiful and don't forget to praise and thank Him today. Pastor Keith

WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 16TH. Isaiah 50:4 - "The Lord God has given Me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him who is weary. He awakens Me morning by morning, He awakens My ear to hear as the learned." God is speaking to the depths of our being. Be still so that we can hear His voice. I speak in the language of love; His words fill us with life and peace, joy and hope. He desires to talk with all of His children, but many are too busy... to listen. The "work ethic" has us tied up in knots. We submit wholeheartedly to this taskmaster, wondering why we feel so distant from God. Living close to Him requires making God our first love our highest priority. As we seek His presence above all else, we experience peace and joy in full measure. God is also blessed when we make Him first in our life. While we journey through life in God's presence, His glory brightens the world around us. Revelation 2:4 - "Nevertheless I have this against you that you have left your first love." We live in such a busy world - work and other worldly things are of great importance to us and take up most of our time. We sometimes put so much time into these things, that we don't have time to listen to the voice of God and what is requiring to do in our lives. As this Christmas season approaches, let us take time away from the hustle and bustle of the world and set aside that time to get closer to God. As we become closer is is then that we will feel the true joy and peace of this season. God bless, Pastor Keith

WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 25TH. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 - "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." We should thank God frequently as we journey through today. This practice makes it possible to pray without ceasing, as the apostle Paul taught. If we are serious about learning to pray continually, the best approach is to thank God in every situation. These thankful prayers provide a solid foundation on w...hich we can build all our other prayers. Moreover, a grateful attitude makes it easier for us to communicate with Him. When our mind is occupied with thanking God, we have no time for worrying or complaining. If we practice thankfulness consistently, negative thought patterns will gradually grow weaker and weaker. God tells us to draw near to Him with a grateful heart, and His presence will fill us with everlasting joy and peace. James 4:8 - "Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded." We need to draw nearer to God every day and in every circumstance of our lives. We can only draw near to Him through thanksgiving, praise and prayer. May God bless you, Pastor Keith

TUESDAY NOVEMBER 24TH. Ephesians 5:20 - "...giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.." Thanksgiving takes the sting out of adversity. That is why God has instructed us to give thanks for everything. There is an element of mystery in this transaction - We give God thanks, regardless of our feelings, and He gives us joy, regardless of our circumstances. This is a spiritual act of obedience - at times blind obedience. To peo...ple who don't know God intimately, it can seem irrational and even impossible to thank Him for heart trending hardships. Nonetheless, those who obey God in this way are invariably blessed even through difficulties. Thankfulness opens our heart to His presence and our mind to his thoughts. We may still be in the same place, with the same set of circumstances, but it is as if a light has been switched on, enabling us to see from His perspective. It is this light of God's presence that removes the sting from adversity. Psalm 118:1 - "Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever." Psalm 89:15 - "Blessed are the people who know the joyful sound! They walk, O Lord, in the light of your countenance." Thankfulness.... we have so much to be thankful for. When we are going through difficult situations in our life, it is then we need to thank God for all He has done for us and all that He will do for us. The situation itself may not change, but when God is with us it will be much more bearable to go through. God bless, Pastor Keith

SATURDAY NOVEMBER 21ST. Luke 24:36 - "Now as they said these things, Jesus Himself stood in the midst of them, and said to them, Peace to you." We need to thank God throughout our day for His presence and His peace. These are gifts of supernatural proportions. Ever since the resurrection, God has comforted His followers with messages of peace and tells us that He is always with us. Listen as God offers us His peace and presence in full measure. The best way to receive the...se glorious gifts is to thank Him for them. It is impossible to spend too much time thanking and praising God. He created us first and foremost to glorify Him. Thanksgiving and praise put us in the proper relationship with God, opening the way for His riches to flow into us. As we thank Him for His presence and peace, we appropriate His richest gifts. Matthew 28:20 - "...teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always even to the end of the age." Hebrews 13:15 - "Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to His name" Thankfulness is the highest form of praise that we can give to God. As we thank Him for everything that He has done for us, He will continue to bless us and keep us. God bless, Pastor Keith

FRIDAY NOVEMBER 20TH. Ephesians 2: 8, 9 - "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and not of yourselves it is the gift of God, not of works lest anyone should boast." We need to allow ourselves to become fully aware of His pleasure shining upon us. We don't have to perform well in order to receive His love. In fact, a performance focus will put us away from Him. This can be a subtle form of idolatry, worshiping our own good works. It can also be a source of deep ...discouragement when our works don't measure up to our expectations. We need to shift our focus from our performance to His radiant presence. The light of God's love shines on us continually, regardless of our feelings or behavior. Our responsibility is to be receptive to this unconditional love. Thankfulness and trust are our primary receptors. Thank God for everything - trust in Him at all times. These simple disciplines will keep us open to His loving presence. Psalm 62:8 - "Trust in Him at all times you people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us." Trust - a word today that some of us find very difficult to do. However, we must remember that when we put our complete trust in God, He will never disappoint us. He told us in His word that He would never leave nor forsake us and we can depend fully on what He promises us. May God bless you today you fully put your trust in Him and walk in the light of His presence. Pastor Keith
