Just a little update........ First I want to start by saying "thank you" to those who purchased equipment and SORRY to those I did not get a chance to reply back to. It was so busy that I didn't even have a chance to look at FB. I was only able to respond to messages through FB and text. I will update on what I have left down below. But an important announcement first........ I want to take this opportunity to address the BIG QUESTION at hand........YES, I did close my busine...ss January 1st of this year. At that time, I just could not post about it publicly, as it was an extremely hard decision for me to make. I let my active clients know and was planning on posting at a later date to let everyone else know who had been part of my fitness journey. But every time I went to post I still had tears in my eyes. I have been involved in the health and wellness industry for the past 30 years, and it's all I know and what I truly LOVE to do. I have met so many incredible, wonderful ladies whom I will never forget. From Figure Fitness days, to GoodLife, to The Ultimate Step in Aerobics, to events, workshops and demos all over the city, to run groups, to my basement on Sandalwood Drive and to my recent studio here......THANK YOU for being part of that! I hope you know how much each of you have touched my heart and my life and have given my memories to last a lifetime. A very good friend of mine said........"Hope don't be sad because it's over, be happy because it happened!" Thanks Jules. So now I am happy that people can use the equipment during this time and it is going to good use. Ok so here is what's left.......... Gliders, Gymsticks, 5lb weights, stability balls (large balls) and small weighted balls. I will put some pics below. Sorry I was not able to accomodate everyone. Stay well and stay healthy!
