Hope In The Desert

This is a family Annelise and Devir work with, in a violent situation the dad took the two children, ages 2 and 4. Devir and Annelise helped the mom to report the abduction and the nation wide amber alert has been posted. Please pray with us that these two precious babies will be brought back to their mom, unharmed. Thank you.

Yesterday we did an all nighter with the kids from the children's home so that their house parents could have a break. There was cookie decorating, Canadian hockey, a bonfire and singing, star gaing with the telescope and a movie. (thanks John and Donna Greer and Wade and Adele Hammond for making a great team in this endeavor. We were able to gift them books for the start of a library.

We enjoyed a day in Miguel Aleman, teaching on teamwork and then watching as the keys were passed off to a family to their new home with 1mission. It was awesome, serving along with Annelise and Devir and Ana B Gonzalez.

Loving my new "job" in Mexico...teacher...kind of...sort of... at the House of Grace Children's home. SO much fun!!!!
