Beginning March 31, 2021, those aged 55-65 can book their appointment online or join the waitlist to be contacted once more vaccines become available based on the pharmacies listed below. Rod of Asclepius Or The Caduceus of Hermes... The caduceus is a very popular symbol of medicine specially in North America. However, premier health organiza...tions and regulatory bodies such as the World Health Organization and hundreds of medical and pharmacy schools use a different Symbol, the Rod of Asclepius.... Both Symbols has a Greek mythology background and we can learn which symbol really represent Medicine and Medical professions. The 2 symbols might have also a biblical origin as it looks like the Nehushtan , " a brass serpent on a pole that God told Moses to erect, saying that anyone bitten [by a snake] would live if they looked at it. Asclepius is the god of medicine in Greek mythology while Hermes was considered the herald of the gods. He is also considered the protector of human travellers, thieves, merchants and conductor of souls into the afterlife.. After this quick search , I believe that the right Symbol of Medicine should be the Rod of Asclepius, god of Medicine , not the Caduceus of Hermes..

We urge everyone to take any COVID vaccine and not to wait for a particular product.. All the vaccines seems to have at least 85% efficacy at preventing SEVERE COVID , such as ICU admission or death....
