Boy, last night's storm seemed to come out of nowhere causing havoc for Hope and the surrounding areas. During last night's training we were interrupted with a power outage & winds so strong it sounded like our Hall's roof was lifting off! Hopefully everyone has their power back on and the clean up is minimal! #bcstorm *Jet boat orientation

Hope SAR was activated yesterday for a search in Manning Park to locate a missing hiker. We requested mutual aid and were joined by SAR members from Princeton, Penticton, Nicola Valley, Chilliwack & Central Fraser Valley. Teams are preparing to resume the search this morning. #VPD #mutualaid #manningpark #groundsearchandrescue
