This is your weekly reminder about our IN PERSON Free Drop-In Counselling Clinic! This past week you might have heard some shocking news out of the #bridgeofhop...e event, where a young person was saved from jumping off the bridge. This is a somber reminder to seek help, speak up, and not give up. People want to help you, but if they don't know you are suffering help cannot be offered. That is why its so important to speak up about mental illness! It is our commitment to our community to continue to offer the FREE drop-in clinic, each and every Friday from 2-4pm where we offer completely free 30-minute sessions! Now, we're offering two ways that you can access this service: 1. Call our office anytime on Friday at 506-651-1239 and put your name on the list and a therapist will call you back between 2-4pm to start your appointment. 2. Just come by our office at 66 Waterloo St. in #uptownsaintjohn between 2 and 4pm and a therapist will see you. Get ready for your check-up from the neck up this Friday!
