Spot the turtle! This is about the time our turtles are waking up and will be on the move! Please be careful when driving. Remember if you see a turtle, stop (if it is safe) and carefully pick the turtle up (behind the front armpits)and carry it in the direction it was travelling. I often carry a blanket in the car and it is useful for when you pick up turtles!! Arrived at the mill today to find the garbage and recycling bins overflowing and 4 bags of someone’s personal household garbage dumped beside out bins!. We are a sawmill, not a garbage dump!! Please be respectful and clean up after yourself and take your garbage home!
