Now Hiring We are looking for a skilled Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic to maintain and repair trucks and trailers. You will be responsible for ensuring functionality and reliability of machines, engines and mechanical systems. Responsibilities: Inspect machines, engines, transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues... Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve in a timely manner Clean and apply lubricants to machinery components Complete all documentation associated with equipment repairs Work with shop management to maintain schedules and priorities Maintain a clean and orderly work environment Requirements: Interest and knowledge of heavy Truck & Trailer Punctuality Autonomy and discipline Proven experience Aptitude using various tools Ability to follow established procedures and practices Candidates with 3+ years experience in same or related field preferred CVIP Certification considered an asset Oilfield Experience considered an asset Very good communication skills Excellent problem solving ability More training can be provided for the right candidate with basic knowledge. hourly to be discussed according to experience Cal (306)891-6898
