Another fantastic whisky dinner at Thandi last night. The night started with an autumn punch made with Bulleit Bourbon, then dinner was as follows: Course 1 - Lobster bisque paired with Old Pulteney Huddart Course 2 - Lamb Lollipops paired with Redbreast 15... Course 3 - Stuffed chicken with orange whisky sauce, risotto cakes and broccolini paired with Auchentoshan 18 Course 4 - Trifle for dessert, paired with Glenmorangie a Tale of Cake Dalmore Portwood Reserve as digestif.
