UPDATED Targeted Public Health Measures November 16, 2020 Please be advised that late November 16, 2020, Horizon Gymnastics Club, received updated information from the Alberta Gymnastics Federation regarding an amendment to the targeted public health measures announced by the Government of Alberta and Alberta Health Services onNovember 12, 2020.Effective November 17, 2020, all clubs in the enhanced measures areas (Calgary MetropolitanArea, Edmonton Metropolitan Area, Fort McM...urray, Grande Prairie, Lethbridge and Red Deer),which includes Horizon Gymnastics Club, are required to close from November 17 - 27, 2020.The intent of these amended measures is to support Alberta Health Services by limiting people coming together in any type of group setting and to assist in their efforts in contact tracing.The safety of our membership is always our top priority and we are fully committed to followingall of the information provided by the Government of Alberta, Alberta Health Services and theAlberta Gymnastics Federation. We will continue to follow their guidance on how we can safely move forward and reopen our facility once again.We want to thank you in advance for your patience, kindness and understanding in these unprecedented times and we will continue to keep you informed and updated as we receive more information. As per our refund policy, in the event of any unforeseen mandatory government closure of our facility, a credit will be applied to your account for the classes missed. Many of you may have heard about the new restrictions announced by the Government of Alberta today. We know today’s announcement has everyone concerned and confused about what this means, and we thank you for your patience as we sought clarification from Alberta Gymnastics Federation to confirm. We have been told by the Alberta Gymnastics Federation that at this time, individual sport, which we are considered to be, has not been affected by today’s announcement so we are ok to continue to run our programs. If you have any questions please let us know.

Welcome back ladies!!

Great news! We're very excited to announce that gymnastics has been moved from phase 3 to phase 2 of Alberta's relaunch plan! Phase 2 is set to begin this Friday, June 12th. This is in response to continued declines in active COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations. As soon as government guidelines for the delivery of organized sport are made available, the Alberta Gymnastics Federation will update our Return to Play Strategy and give us the go ahead to re-open. We have been actively preparing for our relaunch to ensure a safe and responsible return to the gym for all of our members, so stay tuned. We can't wait to see you!

The level 4s, 7s and aspire rocked the competition this weekend. Came home with some personal best performances and two all around champion titles. Way to go ladies!!
