The pulverizer in action!

We do some heavy duty welding to complement our machine shop services. Here we are reconstructing the teeth on a pulverizer that attaches to an excavator for crushing concrete. Once all the teeth are back to the correct profile, we will apply hard surface welding to make them more wear resistant.

The facing attachment for our line boring equipment allows us to machine a perfect face in the same set up as the pin bores. It is minimal additional labour for a factory equivalent fit once complete.

These are a couple of custom flange adapters we have been working on for the past 2 weeks. The lower unpainted section is stainless steel and the top is aluminum.
