Hello everyone! Horseshoe Valley Dental will open Monday June 15th. While many things have changed since the lockdown our commitment to your health and safety has remained the same. Some of the physical changes we have done include, plexiglass at reception desk, doors for every operatory, glass to close walkways between operatories, adding more air cleaners in the operatories and hallways and of course the staff will look different with the PPE worn Your appointment flow wi...ll be different. You will be asked screening questions before your appointment and will be asked those same questions again when you come to the office. You will be asked to wait in your car and to call us to let us know you have arrived. Your temperature will be taken. Youll be asked to hand sanitize and be given a face covering if you dont bring your own. You will be brought right into your room, no waiting in the waiting room. Appointments will be spaced out to allow for physical distancing between patients, this may mean less flexibility for scheduling your appointment. We look forward to seeing you again. Every year, instead of gifts for each other our staff @horseshoevalleydental picks a charity to buy gifts for. This year we helped out Coldwater Warm Hearts Campaign to adopt a senior through #thechristmasvillager we were able to gather gifts for 2 local deserving seniors!

Once again Christmas is upon us. Each year we select a local organization to support, this year we are supporting the @orilliayouthcentre. The target ages are between 11-17 years old.
