The day prior to your appointment we need to go over the COVID screening form with you and once again when you arrive as well as taking your temperature. We require our patients to wear a community mask to their appointments and we have a hand sanitizing station in our entrance for your use. Working together to reduce the spread of COVID-19

We have finished our first week back after the COVID-19 mandatory closure. It was great to have our team back! We are asking patients to please wear a community mask to their appointments. We will be screening all patients prior to coming into the office and screening again once you arrive as well as taking your temperature.

Our office is preparing to open, although things will look a little different. On June 1st we will begin to see our patients. One of our team members will be contacting you to do a screening form and let you know about some new protocols we have in place. Should you have any questions, please call our office.
