It's been 1 1/2 years since I've had the pleasure of teaching all of my favourite people. I miss teaching and spending time with all of you so much that I have decided to teach a 6-week session including Barre, TRX and of course Pilatesjust in time for us to get in shape for spring!

Unfortunately we have to cancel tomorrow's final yoga class as well to give our instructor time to feel better! But, the Studio will be open from 8:30am-1:00pm tomorrow for our last day! Come into the studio and get your hands on last minute sales, plus say "so long" to our fantastic location and staff -- smiles only, no tears allowed!

We have just finished another amazing 6 week session ! For July and August, I will be offering 4 week sessions, Tuesdays Reformer 12-12:45pm and Thursdays Props (TRX, Barre, Pilates...) 12:00-12:45pm. Reformer begins next week, July 12 and Props begins July 14. Reformer 4-week session will cost $100.00 and Props 4-week session will cost $60.00. The time has come to say goodbye to our beloved clients and friends. Thank you for the countless hours of sweat and laughter that you graciously gave to Hot Fitness Studio. The past year has been a roller coaster ride that we have fully enjoyed, and we are a little disappointed that our ride has come to an end.
