Mark made his way own FULL Kangoo class video yesterday - I told him we’d do his video together this morning and it was a BLAST! I will post some clips of us watching/doing the class together, but here is the original for a great workout you can do in under 30 minutes! it MAY have beginner jumping but it also has some expert cartwheeling

I wrote this one up for Mr.Gavin while he was home (as he loves upper body workouts- typical man). It averaged me roughly 10-15 minutes to complete one round (1 hour to complete 4x through)with 15lbs dumbbells (20lbs for the power jack and bent over row) Go SLOW and focus on form - slow and heavy wins this race!
