I do YOGA to help my body digest all this emotions, my mind cannot PROCESS. Everything that is going on has an impact in our nervous system and there is so many QUESTIONS I don't have an answer for.... WHAT TO DO? USE YOUR BODY TO PROCESS what your MIND cannot= move and protect your energy! You ca...n always SAY no thanks, that is not what Im looking for right now, and walk away from whatever or whoever is bringing you down... We are all feeling it in different ways ... do what is best for you and let go of fear! Surround yourself with nature, BREATHE and join us for our live yoga classes. Welcome Mariam to our online team ! we found her and we are super happy to say she is doing what we all love! In her life en words:... In 2019, I embarked on a 200HR RYT journey. A strong believer in everyone can do yoga, connecting mind, body and breath in every practice. The last 10 years I have traveled and lived in many different places and I now call Northern Bruce Peninsula, Ontario home. Lover of yoga, the outdoors, coffee, spontaneous adventure and sour keys! I decided to leave the traditional way of life and embarked on teaching full-time; in January, 2020 BeYou was born! BeYou started as a Mobile Yoga business. Bringing yoga to your home, workplace, unique places and spaces. I am excited to share with you that we now have a physical location! If you can breathe, you can do yoga! Happy New Moon ! The cycle begins Friday, October 16th. at 3:31 pm EDT. This cycle will inspire us to bring more balance into our lives it is a good time of year to slow down , NURTURE and pay attention to our own self-care practices, and patterns. We are entering Vatta ( air) season, if you haven't noticed yet it's windy and this wind can create a bit of elevation in our body and mind. So key for this is to GROUND yourself. Crystals, Yoga (slow pace ) , Teas, herbs and ...thick oils to continue to hydrate the body in this cold season ahead of us! Mercury and Mars are still retrograde, not a great time for new adventures, channel your energy inward. We start Tuesday!!

No por vivir lejos y fuera de la comunidad que me vío crecer significa que no pertenezco y puedo crear cambio! Gracias @in_situ_yoga por invitarme! La proxima Semana ofrecere una clase especial por Liz, a las 12:30pm del Jueves 8 de Octubre unete a Esta Bella causa ! The last month someone told me , get out of your studio and come with us to find some more people and connect with them in a retreat, truth is , I have little ones and I love being with them, that is my highest ...yoga nowadays, being a mother , serving and keeping my intention /Sankalpa clear. Truth is that I belong to a lot of beautiful communities, the one that saw me grow in Mexico, the one I lived beautiful times in New Zealand, the one I trained with @modoyoga and my @yogabarn community :) and for that I'm grateful!! Next week I will be offering an online yoga class for this beautiful cause , let's help Liz with her Cancer treatments! Let's keep blooming where we are planted and enjoy the present moments :) #namaste #yogafamily #yogaeverywhere
