Houston Minor Hockey will no longer be selling socks and ties. Countrywide Sports will be stocking and selling Flyers socks! We will be going through our stock and selling remaining stock on Facebook at a discount over the next couple weeks.

NWD A Selects registration is open for U13, U15 & U18 age groups. This will be run under Phase 2 with skill development including goalie training, defence training and power skating! A-Selects camp will run once per month. ... Please direct any questions directly to the NWD

There will not be any late fees applied for late registrants, however we strongly recommend registering as soon as possible, as there are limits set for the amount of players allowed on the ice.... In the unlikely event that: a) There are higher than normal numbers, or, b) Limits are reduced, teams will be formed on a first come, first served basis. Ice is expected to be in the last week of September. We expect that BC Hockey and Via Sport will have reassessed by our first practice. If they have not reassessed by then we will be starting the season with Skill Development and will be social distancing on and off the ice. Please email [email protected] with the following information: Name Birthdate Address Parent's name and phone # At this time we can only register players who already know how to skate and can get up by themselves after a fall. We can not safely social distance if players cannot yet skate. Please do not register if your child does not know how to skate. We will re-open registration for players who do not yet know how to skate as soon as it is safe to do so.

Via Sport has released the Return to Sport Guidlines for BC. This season we will be opening registration on August 1st with a deadline of August 31st. We are working with the Northwest District, B.C. Hockey and the District of Houston to put together a Covid 19 Response Plan and will continue to communicate what the season is expected to look like as information comes available.
