Here's a look at some custom flush curbs we just finished to define the entry points of this property and house. These flush curbs are set to final grades. Pavers will be laid inside with asphalt finishing to the other side. Excited to see this project complete with the new landscaping, asphalt and entry gate. Here's a look at the floor install we did.The subfloor was so bad it took almost two days to properly prep. The floor sloped 1/2" over 6' in the kitchen and at the front door. With height restrictions for the fridge and front door we had to plane the floor and make sure to stay within our 1/16" tolerance. @ West Kelowna

This structure was originally built 4 years ago. Unfortunately it burned down this past summer. We added 2ft to the the carport section this time to allow for better mobility around the Kubota. @ Kelowna, British Columbia
