I sent him a text late in the afternoon out of the blue and he graciously offered to swing by after completing his final task for the evening. He drove out to our neck of the woods, offered fantastic service, quickly sorted out the issue, provided some great advice on preventing the issue from coming back, and got us on our way quickly.
