I really hate Kindle Direct Publishing. Right now we cannot order copies of our newest released book because we are in Canada. If we were in nearly any other country in the world, we would be able to do it. But amazon.ca is not offered as a marketplace option for ordering author copies of print books and currently amazon.com will not ship to Canadian addresses. I really wish there were a Print on Demand printer/publisher in Canada so we could keep our books available in print and not have to deal with this bs.
