Got this box of goodies in the mail today!! High quality professional tools make a huge difference in speed, and quality of beverages (consistently achieving the right temperature in shaking, proper textures and dilution). Really excited to put these products to work in this upcoming mobile cocktail season! ... If you haven’t already.. do yourselves a favour and head to LiquorDepot in Red Deer (or) Vine Arts Wine and Spirits in Calgary, and pick up a bottle of this Canadian made Vegan Cocktail Foamer. Ms.Betters Bitters is a very high quality bitters company based out of Vancouver B.C. They have formulated a Vegan Cocktail Foamer that can be used in place of an egg white.... It has been blind tested on professional bartenders; and it is used in a great many cocktail lounges. To my fellow cocktail enthusiasts, you will be hard pressed to tell the difference (go down and visit the crew at To The Lost and try for yourself). Not only does it foam very well, but also does not impart any noticeable flavor. This is a dream come true! I use this at my events to bring the joy of egg white in cocktails to those that have dietary restrictions and also because I don’t have to worry about spoilage.
