Reach your right arm straight across your chest 2. Use your left hand to reach under your right arm and grip the outside of your shoulder 3. Using your left hand, gently pull your right arm further across your chest. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat it on the other side

I am now offering virtual appointment packages, these include: A one-on-one initial assessment to cover what you are feeling and what you would like to get out of the sessions... A personalized home treatment plan that will be up to 60 minutes. In this I will work with you to recommend self care options and specific exercises to address your concerns. We will go through each exercise over video and then following our video chat you will receive a report of your personalized treatment plan! A follow-up appointment to see your progress and address any changes or concerns you have You will get either 30 minutes or 60 minutes of massage therapy credit to use when the clinic opens again! The massage therapy credit will be able to be covered by your insurance company, however, the virtual appointment packages will not.
