Quinte Conservation and Rewild Wellness, with sponsorship from the Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board, is offering a series of Forest Therapy sessions throughout this coming winter season. The HR Frink CA will be the site of a session on Dec 20 (Sold Out). Jessica, with Rewild Wellness, explains what to expect during a Forest Therapy, 2 to 3 hour, session.

Explore your property each day and record your findings in a notebook. Have you noticed things start to change now that spring has arrived? Do you see plants starting to pop up in your garden? Frame It: Find four sticks that you can use as your frame. Find a place in your yard to place the sticks to create a square. For those of you that live near water, listen for the Spring Peeper - they are calling to you from ponds and wetlands.
