NEW: the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario provided a remedy decision on JKB vs. Regional Municipality of Peel Police Services Board, awarding $35,000 in damages to a six-year-old Black girl who was handcuffed and restrained at her school. An act of "shocking" and "punitive" racial discrimination by Peel Police. https://www.hrlsc.on.ca/en/media
