NEW: the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario provided a remedy decision on JKB vs. Regional Municipality of Peel Police Services Board, awarding $35,000 in damages to a six-year-old Black girl who was handcuffed and restrained at her school. The Centre is looking for a Human Rights Representative/Human Rights Advisor to provide legal over the telephone to individuals who have experienced sexual harassment, violence and / or assault in the workplace.
