After many customer requests and interviews regarding new challenges schools are facing with health screening and reporting, I am excited to announce the launch of our newest feature. Features and Benefits:... Parents will get daily messages with a link to complete a digital Health Screening Questionnaire. Parents can complete the form on any device, phone, tablet, or computer. Parents can get different confirmation messages depending on how they answer the form. E.g. if the child has a fever, or if someone in the home traveled within the last 14 days, they could immediately be notified not to come to school. Administrators can see who has or has not completed the questionnaire. Administrators can log in to view or export & print records, or receive daily reports to any email inbox. You can assign Admin notifications and reports to multiple staff members to ensure everyone knows who is or is not allowed in the school that day. While the default form and notification process are great, we can customize every part of it to accommodate your specific needs. - Form questions. - Parent notification or reminder messages, and frequency. - Admin dashboard view or auto-report details, and frequency.
