We have just Completed a demo down to studs and reframed a complete new lay out in the master bathroom with all new plumbing and re vamping the main bathroom. Now On to the finish stages of a double bathroom renovation more photos to follow.

Repairing, re structuring & re sheeting the main part of this deck in order to support the homeowners new hot tub. New vinyl decking just completed this weekend. Now to re install the railings & gutters.

People please inspect your vinyl decking to assure there are no puncture holes or entrance points that water can get into especially against the house. Water leaks can become a serious issue as you can not see what’s going on behind the siding in tell it’s to late. This gentleman‘s house is a perfect example. In the photos you will see the wall that is directly under the deck. This wall supports the deck and the entire 2nd floor. Now the house and deck has got to be temporarily supported and the complete wall replaced.

Complete main floor renovated with 21’ flush beam installed to open up the whole main floor. New paint throughout, new flooring, Fireplace with live edge mantle & custom built in’s along side of it. New doors and all new interior trim. New kitchen and bathroom.

Another complete Main floor renovation completed with a new kitchen layout and built in laundry area,new floors, Baseboards & casings, new railing, interior painting along with painting out the fire place bricks from white to a brush nickel color.

Deck extension & moving stairs to left side of the deck, new glass railings. Before & after photos.

Another great fireplace almost completed with live edge mantal custom matched countertops and floating shelves not yet installed. Follow up photos to come once the TV and shelves are installed. Stone work done by others.
