Now is the perfect time for planting your spring bulbs! We still have a good selection of bulbs including - but not limited to - tulips and daffodils. Nobody ever says I should have planted fewer narcissus (daffodil) bulbs when the flowers start blooming in springtime. They are incredible! Narcissus are insect-and disease-resistant and, for those who garden with wildlife watching, they are of no interest to deer, rabbits, and other rodents. Tulips, along with other spr...ing bulbs will be less likely to be dug up by wildlife in the presence of narcissuses. Unfortunately, WE ARE SOLD OUT OF GARLIC FOR THE YEAR. Calling all City of Pembroke Residents! If you have created a garden in your backyard this summer and are pretty proud of it, we want to hear from you! Introduc...ing the Garden Accomplishments Contest sponsored by Hubert’s Springhill Nursery. How it works: -Send us a photo of your flower bed/planter or vegetable garden that you have created this summer due to all your new found free time. -Submit your photo to [email protected] or via Facebook Messenger. -Your garden must have been completed by you and your family/friends, not by a professional. -You must be a resident of the City of Pembroke to compete. -Deadline to enter is August 24th at 4:00 p.m. -From August 25th September 1st the public will be able to vote on their favourite garden project. - One prize will be awarded to the winner of the Flower division and one will be awarded to the Vegetable Division. Lets see those beautiful gardens!

She/He (we aren't sure yet), has come to us from some farmer friends that found them on their property. She/he just arrived now, so is still settling in. Please message or call us for more details!
