2020 has been an interesting year and has brought so many changes to our daily lives and what we are comfortable with. Local businesses have had to make tough choices and pivot their business model rapidly, including us, The HUB. In an effort to make sure retail patrons are comfortable from our dining patrons we have created more indoor, socially distanced seating for The Hub. Our 2nd floor Pub & Patio has been reduced to roughly 50 seats and we have expanded our seating onto... the main floor, which we will be our HUB Beer Hall, offering speciality craft brews for consumption and retail take out as well as our staples you have come to love over the past number of years. Retail for our beers will be available through our online platform coming shortly. Breweries such as Bellwoods Brewery, Granite Brewery, Shacklands Brewing Co., Heritage Hops Brew Co and many others will be available regularly. The HUB Butchery entrance is now right next door to revel (and beside our The HUB Stratford Pub & Patio entrance), separated from our additional dining and games areas now located on the main floor. You will continue to find an abundance of fresh, local meats, house-made rubs and BBQ sauce as well as custom orders. To thank our patrons during this crazy time in our world we will be announcing additional features and product specials over the next few weeks, as well as enhanced menu items. As always, small events and dining party rooms are available for those looking for comfortable spaces. We do not feel that any form of discrimination is appropriate, We WELCOME everyone!
