Spelling Bee at Hudson Manor

At Hudson Manor, we believe keeping our minds active, enhances our memory, creates better cognitive skills and improves our concentration. Today, the residents were invited to participate in a spelling bee. What a remarkable job they did!!! A special thank you, to Ron our Volunteer (retired teacher) for hosting the activity.

Movember is an annual activity at Hudson Manor to raise awareness of men's health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental illness. We care~ .

On Nov 5th, the residents at Hudson Manor had fun celebrating Roy Rogers’s birthday with a presentation of his life and music. In honor of the clean-cut singing cowboy, they were served Roy Rogers mock-tails and delicious birthday cake.

While I was away on vacation, I thought I would challenge the residents to this crossword puzzle. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to complete it. Way to go!!!
