About two and a half years ago, I asked Nick Frai to help me film a video for a new personal training studio I was opening. However, it never felt like the right time to complete the project. Fast forward a little bit - and we made it. Hudson Avenue is a personal training studio with a system rooted in sports science. As I learned most from Aaron Wilson - each physiological exercise and sociologic...al interaction has a rhyme and reason to it. And as I learned from other, wise individuals within the sports science, technology, and business realm - everything is tracked and accounted for. This results in safe and effective training. Thanks for taking the time to film this project, Nick. I really appreciate your patience. Just tweeted this randomly one day. I liked it. Now, the software will be able to be used by clients in-home, however, the core idea is to amplify the in-gym experience through safer and more effective programming.
