Count down has begun at the North Pole Toy Workshop...lol!!!

Santa here! The day after Christmas always feels a bit strange. The Toy Shop is empty but for a few elves cleaning. I feel groggy even though I slept for twenty-four hours after the welcome home party was over. Maybe too much eggnog, or maybe reindeer jetlag, or maybe just the 7,981,539,471 gifts we delivered on Christmas Eve. Ah, well, I’m sure everything will be back to normal by tomorrow. ... HO HO HO...Mrs. C, & the Elves and myself want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas!!! Thanks to Rudy & my team we set a new record time this year and over 7.85 billion presents delivered to every country, every town, to everyone on my NICE list ! The Elves have bedded down the team with new straw and their resting after 27.5 hours of flight time at the speed of starlight ! After the Mrs. & I take a longs winters nap, it's vacation time! Merry Christmas from Santa & the North Pole gang!!!

Greetings All, - For everyone who asked Mrs. Claus what she will be doing now that she is returning back home to the North Pole: With all the frenzy that is at the North Pole we frequently fail to report on the good work done by Mrs. Claus during these critical hours. What is she up to? Mrs. Claus, of course, tends first to Santa's personal needs. She makes sure his suit fits. She makes sure he feels ok, is fed and has rested before his flight. But once Santa takes off Mrs. Claus turns her attention to the North Pole Christmas Eve Party. She chairs the committee that pulls it off. As elves come off duty as each department wraps up their work on Christmas Eve Mrs. Claus will welcome them to the Claus residence where they are greeted by festive decorations, plenty of good food, music and games to help pass the time. What are the elves doing at the party? Well, like all of us they are tracking Santa - because for them the real party doesn't begin until Santa's work is finished. The party only gets bigger and bigger as the night and the day and the night again goes on. It's a long couple of days and big undertaking for Mrs. Claus.

Saint Nicholas (Greek: , Hagios Nikólaos; Latin: Sanctus Nicolaus) (15 March 270 A.D. 6 December 343 A.D.)... Nicholas was born a Greek in Asia Minor (modern day TURKEY) during the third century in the city of Patara(Lycia et Pamphylia) which was a port on the Mediterranean Sea, and lived in Myra, Lycia (part of modern-day Demre, Turkey). At this time in World history the region was Greek in its heritage, culture, and outlook and politically part of the Roman diocese of Asia. He was the only son of wealthy Christian parents named Epiphanius () and Johanna () according to some accounts and Theophanes () and Nonna () according to others. He was very religious from an early age and according to legend, Nicholas was said to have rigorously observed the canonical fasts of Wednesdays and Fridays. His wealthy parents died in an Epidemic while Nicholas was still young and he was raised by his unclealso named Nicholas who was the bishop of Patara. He tonsured the young Nicholas as a reader and later ordained him a presbyter (priest). In 325 A.D., he was one of many bishops to answer the request of Emperor CONSTANTINE and appear at the First Council of NICEA. There, Nicolas was a staunch anti-Arian and defender of the Orthodox Christian position, and one of the bishops who signed the Nicene Creed. Because of the many miracles attributed to his intercession, he is also known as Nikolaos the Wonderworker. OFFICIAL NORTH POLE PRESS RELEASE (4 DECEMBER 2020): Santa’s reindeer are healthy and clear to hit the skies this Christmas Eve after receiving a clean bill of health from the president of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA). Dr. Douglas Kratt, DVM, AVMA president and official veterinarian of the North Pole, returned from the North Pole last week after performing a health check-up on all nine of Santa’s reindeer, according to the AVMA. As a part of the reindeer...s annual exam, Kratt checked the animals to make sure they are healthy and disease-free so that they won’t transmit diseases such as brucellosis, tuberculosis and chronic wasting disease to other animals. It’s important that they don’t have any diseases they could give to other animals during their trip around the world Kratt Said in a news release. Kratt filled out health certificates for all of the reindeer to make sure that Santa can legally fly them into the countries around the world and prevent any unnecessary delays. The last thing we want is Santa getting stopped at a border, right? Kratt Said.

Memories not gifts...

Parents here is a message from Santa and Mrs. Claus please read and think about this... I traditionally through the years have only given small meaningful gifts and never big ticket items. Parents have turned this into something it was never meant to be. If Sally got a computer for Christmas from me and Billy that lives across the street got a book, Billy would feel that I like Sally better. The small gifts always come from me and everything else comes from the parents and friends and family. If the parents don't have a lot of money then the kids will understand. But if I bring the big things then you are just confusing them.

Hi Boys and girls, I believe some of you are worried that I might not make it to your home this Christmas eve due to the Covid virus. Please don't worry I have clearance from every country and myself and all my Reindeer are all fit and well. Due to all the restrictions in the work place some of my elves have not been able to help in my workshop, also we cannot get all of the materials to produce all of the toys you have asked for. We are working as hard as we can, but some to...ys will not be ready. IF YOU DO NOT GET EVERYTHING YOU ASKED FOR IT IS NOT BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT BEEN VERY GOOD, IN FACT UOU HAVE ALL BEHAVED EXCELLENT DURING THESE TOUGH TIMES! It is because unfortunately I can not have them by Christmas, some of you may get what you asked for, but if your sister, brother or friend does not please be kind to them as I know they will be disappointed. Everyone will get presents and if its not exactly what you asked for I hope you understand. So stay safe, keep up the good work and I will see you all on Christmas eve but you will be asleep so you won't see me. Tell your Mam and dad's to share with their friends so every child knows I will be at their home for Christmas. Love and best wishes Santa Claus North Pole.
