We need to keep active ladies, in order to avoid falling off the workout wagon even though we can not do it together we can still motivate and challenge each-other. With everything going on the last thing we need is to get ourselves into a rut! ... Today’s workout- 3 rounds FOR TIME. Please don’t cheat on the moves ex: FULL burpees. It is important to get signed up for classes and PT ahead of time. We all have busy schedules so this will help to ensure our time is used wisely. If you "No Show" for a PT session you will loose a session on your card. In saying this I understand life happens, so let's just try and communicate effectively with each other. I am looking forward to another amazing year with all of you. **If you want specially 1-1 training for very specific goals please send me a PM. The $250 rate will remain the same for the small group PT of 1-3 people, However 1-1 specifically will be going back to $400 as it requires a lot more time/dedication. Classes will remain the same 10/$75. Please ENSURE you are punching your cards each class, I trust you girls and know your try your best to remember. I will also work harder to remember as well.
