hky is going live! Join me for a livestream Zoom class every Friday, starting this Friday, June 5th, from 10-11:15 am for the next four weeks! A great class for beginners and experienced yogis alike, with a new theme and focus each week to help us step a little more deeply into ourselves and to start our weekend rooted and calm.
