Cannabis vs Tobacco smoke- Chemical constituents, same as tobacco ( except nicotine). *Higher PH than in Tobacco-alkaline smoke is more irritant) *Carcinogenic Hydrocarbons (>= 50% higher than in Tobacco) *Ammonia (20 x higher than in Tobacco) *Hydrogen Cyanide ( 3-5x higher than in Tobacco )... *Tar ( 3 x higher than in Tobacco) so, there you have it, its up to you!

WE ARE NOW OPEN!
Hello loyal patients. This past Friday Doug Ford announced that dentists will be able to open up in the second phase to provide emergency and essential dental treatments. We are diligently preparing our office with all proper protocols to ensure the continued safety of our patients, staff and community. There has been a shortage of proper personal protective equipment and as soon as we receive all the necessary equipment we will notify you of our opening day. In the meantime ...if anyone is experiencing pain, discomfort, or has any treatment needed to be done urgently, please contact the office and leave a message or txt us , you may also send us an email at [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] . We look forward to seeing you all very soon. Yours in good health, Dr. Roger Avila See more

TOOTHBRUSHES You’ll find a large selection of toothbrushes available, both manual and electric. Adapting Toothbrushes for Special Needs If you have difficulty controlling hand, arm or shoulder movements, here are some ideas on adapting standard toothbrushes: Enlarge the handle with a tennis ball, sponge foam or bicycle grip Lengthen with a stick or rod Attach to the hand or arm with elastic or Velcro straps or hand brace Bend the toothbrush handle For people who cannot manage fine movements, try using an electric toothbrush Caring For Your Toothbrush Do not share your toothbrush or use someone else’s toothbrush After brushing, rinse your toothbrush thoroughly with tap water and allow to air-dry Store standing upright. If it is near other toothbrushes, do not let the heads touch Do not store in closed containers Replace your toothbrush every three to four months or when the bristles look worn and bent.
