I love the pure joy on this woman's face. That alone makes me feel good. From a yogic point of view her muscle/body control is outstanding. A beautiful person from the inside out.

Funny (ha ha) how events, articles and people come into your life. This article couldn't be more timely. In high school I was kicked out of gym class for not participating...now I volunteer to lead seniors exercise classes weekly. This article touches on a lot of points that have been crossing my mind...and body. Well written...Amor fati
