This day encourages people to love their pets and if possible, adopt those pets in need of a home. It advocates against animal cruelty and violence. It also highlights the importance of providing a home or shelter for unwanted pets.

Humboldt & District SPCA 23.10.2020

Also still available for adoption is Pesto, Max, and Cisco! Pesto is almost 12 weeks old, Mixed Breed. Her sister has been adopted and now she wants to find her own family! Please note she will not be getting spayed before she leaves. Her adoption fee is $365.00 with $200.00 back when spayed. Max is a male and brother to Cisco. He is about a year old. Saint Bernard, Lab X. He is a very sweet, and friendly dog. He loves people and attention! He also loves his walks. Him and... Cisco have been with a small dog and did great. He is up to date on vaccinations and neutered. Max would love a farm to run around! Max and Cisco can be adopted separately! Cisco is a male and brother to Max. He is about a year old. Saint Bernard, Lab X. He is doing great! He doesn’t jump as much anymore. He is learning very well and will be easy to train. Walks pretty good on leash now. He just loves to sit in front of you for pets and love. He and Max have been with a small dog and did great. Cisco needs a farm. He also needs a home with no children under 10 as he is a big strong boy who is still a pup and needs some training on jumping up. He will also need a heated shop or garage available to him when it’s cold. He is up to date on vaccinations and neutered. ADORABLE ALERT! Check out these siblings - what a variety! These 8 puppies will be 7 weeks old on Friday. Mom looks to be a Shepherd X, so the puppies are the best type - mixed breed. The pups will be ready to go to their forever homes on November 30th. We will start taking applications now. Please read - If interested in adopting any of the pups, please fill out the two page adoption application (located below and in the Albums section) and send to Wanda Price by email at [email protected] (The email for spca is working just bounces back, but we are getting all the emails!)The SPCA is currently closed to the public, but VIEWING/ADOPTION appointments will be scheduled with APPROVED applicants!
