Our receptionist will also be wearing a mask to interact with you. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

In light of recent developments regarding COVID-19 here in Nova Scotia, we have decided to close our office to the public. We will reassess on a week-to-week basis and re-open when we deem it is appropriate. We will continue to operate behind closed doors, as we have the technological means to complete all existing and anticipated filings while working remotely, without interruption. Instead of dropping files off at our office, we require that you scan all paper documents an...d upload them to your secure hk CPA portal. If you have not yet set up a portal, please call 902-567-1088 or email [email protected]. If you do not have a scanner, alternatively you can use your phone to take pictures, or use applications on your Android phone or iPhone such as: Evernote, Adobe scan, Scanbot or Microsoft Office Lens. If you absolutely cannot scan and upload documents, you may contact us and arrange a time to drop your documents in our office mailbox between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. For the time being, all meetings will take place via telephone, email, Skype, Zoom, Facetime or any other mutually agreed upon medium. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this challenging time. These measures are temporary and necessary to protect our family members, staff, clients and suppliers.

Did you know that T4's and T5's must be prepared and filed this month? T4's are the information slips for employment income and T5's are the information slips for dividends! Your company is required to file these slips. Both make their way to your personal tax return in April!
