Public Service Announcement I would like your help in spreading the word about these computer related scams. 1. A computer company will NEVER call you about your computer EVER! ... 2. There are basically NO computer brand companies that you can call for help. If you search for a phone number the top results will most likely be ads for scam companies. I have heard, dealt with, and had to protect my own family from scams like this. People allowing a company access to their computer, paying them to fix problems can leave them with virus or at risk for personal information to be stolen in the process. Here is my offer - I do not charge for a five minute phone call, I am happy to answer questions or talk through a situation with you (or a loved one). If you are worried about a problem give me a call and lets work through it together. I hate to see someone scammed over something that shouldn’t cost you money or time to fix. I have experience working with seniors and helping them stay safe while online. Joel [email protected] 705-788-7059

Antivirus, are you actually protected? A few things to keep in mind. Is your antivirus still updated? If you have paid antivirus and it has expired, you aren't being protected against any new viruses.... If you are using free antivirus, most likely all your information is being collected and sold to advertisers, that's why it's free. If it's old, it may actually have bugs in it that actually make your computer less secure that having nothing at all. There are small things you can do to keep your computer safe. Contact us and we can help keep your data safe, and your computer running fast.
