Here are some Simple Tips we suggest to improve your leg health: Set a timer to get up every hour or so and walk around for a few minutes. Elevate your legs to boost circulation.... Plan to walk for at least 30 minutes a day. Wear compressions socks.

With the new provincial measures being put into place, we have been deemed an Essential Service and will remain open for all services. As per the College of Massage Therapists, College of Physiotherapists and College of Chiropractors of Ontario we are able to remain open for in-person appointments in keeping with restrictions in place for physical distancing. We strive to provide a safe environment for all patients, in order to receive the best care during these difficult times.

We are happy to be scheduling appointments for Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and Massage Therapy. With everyone's health and safety in mind, will be screening all patients at booking, and arrival of appointment. Hope to see you soon!

Well it’s officially December 1st, which means Christmas Holidays are fast approaching!! Be sure to book your appointments well in advanced as we are booking up quickly!!

As per the Provincial guidelines, as well as the guidelines of our College; it is important to wear your face masks at ALL TIMES while inside our facility. This includes during all types of treatment as well as any activities performed in the gym. Please let us know prior to your appointment if you are experiencing any signs/ symptoms, and we will be happy to reschedule your appointments for you.
